Terms of Service

1. The service

AISAM is a hosted service that plans, reviews, previews and renders videos from your instructions ("the Service"). You use it through the studio, the API, the SDKs or connected agents. We may improve or change the Service; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your workspace, the people and agents you give access keys to, and keeping those keys secret. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person or organisation per workspace; don't share paid seats.

3. Your content and your videos

You own what you bring and what you make. Your prompts, scripts, uploads (logos, clips, images, music) and the videos AISAM renders for you belong to you, subject to third-party rights in anything you upload. You give us a limited licence to host, process and render that content only to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you opt in.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and to publish what you make. Videos are made with AI; you are responsible for disclosing that where platforms or laws require it (AISAM adds a disclosure line by default).

4. Accuracy

AISAM calculates or cites the numbers it shows and asks a person to approve every storyboard. It is still a tool: review what you publish. Finance, health and similar videos are for education, not advice, and carry the disclaimers AISAM adds.

5. Plans, passes and credits

Plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Passes last their stated days and don't renew. Plan and pass credits expire at the end of their period (rollover where the plan says so); credit packs don't expire. Credits are spent only when a render starts; planning, reviews and storyboards are free. Prices include tax where required. Unless the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable except for a render that fails on our side, which we re-run or credit back.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and as the Acceptable Use Policy describes. We may suspend accounts that put others or the Service at risk.

7. AISAM's property

The Service, its software, designs, scene templates, generated music and sound engine, calculators, prompts and models are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from them, or access the Service by means other than the studio, API, SDKs and agent tools we provide. The SDKs are open source under Apache 2.0; the marks "AISAM" and the logo are not licensed (see our trademark policy).

8. API and agents

API use is subject to rate limits and fair use. Agents act on your behalf with the role you give their key; a person in your workspace approves renders and publishing.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue (including channel or advertising income).

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws named in your order or, if none, the laws of AISAM's place of incorporation. We will give notice before changing these terms.
